Privacy policy

What data?

• the information you enter in the contact form: name, email address, project type, estimated budget (optional), message and site language;
• technical connection data logged by the hosting provider (IP address, date and time, page requested), for security purposes.

No cookies for audience measurement, advertising or profiling are set. The consent banner is there for demonstration purposes: no measurement tool is connected to it.

Why?

Only to reply to your request — for a demonstration, information or a project — sent through the form.

On what legal basis?

• Consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a): submitting the form, confirmed by ticking the box.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): site security and the hosting provider’s technical logs.

Who has access?

Romain Savigny (studiors) and the technical providers the service relies on:

• Cloudflare — hosting the site and sending the emails triggered by the form;
• studiors’ internal panel — recording the request so it can be followed up.

Some providers run part of their infrastructure outside the European Union; any transfers rely on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). No data is sold or passed on.

For how long?

Requests are kept while they are being handled, then for at most three years after the last exchange. Technical logs follow Cloudflare’s retention policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to romain@studiors.be: you will receive a reply within one month.

If you disagree, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
